Paula is a neurodivergent author and independently licensed social worker who holds a Master’s degree in Social Work. She brings more than a decade of experience in the behavioral and mental health field, along with over 20 years in supervisory and leadership roles, offering a blend of professional expertise and lived experience.

Drawing from her personal journey with neurodivergence and complex post-traumatic stress disorder, Paula shares her experiences with authenticity and insight. Through therapy and faith, she discovered hope, healing, and a renewed sense of purpose. Her writing aims to educate, encourage, and support individuals navigating similar challenges.
