With over 10 years of experience in the behavioral and mental health field and more than 20 years in supervisory and leadership roles, she brings both professional expertise and lived experience to her work.
Through her personal journey with neurodivergence and complex post-traumatic stress disorder, Paula openly shares her struggles, insights, growth, and healing.
